**How will I help?**

The purpose of this role is to monitor external future of work trends and review internal workforce data across culture, capability and talent to build data driven insights to support HR strategy development and inform strategic HR projects.

The HR Strategy & Strategic Projects team is responsible for maintaining a view on emerging workforce trends and the implications for Westpac Group, preparing HR strategy updates for Key Stakeholders and establishing the groundwork for emerging strategic priorities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintain a catalogue of key external research papers, insights, and implications for Westpac.
- Review and uplift data insights across Culture, Capability & Talent teams to inform decision making.
- Establish relationships with HR teams across the business to capture progress against strategic objectives.
- Document business requirements, risks and change considerations for strategic projects.
- Prepare governance reporting to share progress against HR strategy initiatives

**What do I need?**
- 3-5 years general HR experience
- Background in data, reporting and research
- Business analysis experience
- Project experience - risks, change, reporting
- Visual presentation skills - data, reports, memos
