Salary Information

This leadership role comes with a competitive salary, estimated to be around $90,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

As a Childcare Service Coordinator, you will lead your own OSHC service, providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for local families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools
  • Mentoring your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager

You will be the face of TheirCare, building positive relationships within the school community and driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry (preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships

You must also hold a valid Employee Working with Children's Check and be willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.
