An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our busy Service Department.
**Our Company**
The Maker Designer Kitchens (part of the ABN Group) is located in Bassendean and is Western Australia's largest designer kitchen, stone and glazing manufacturer. The Maker employs over 160 staff over 3 dedicated premises and is focused on providing excellence in quality and service.
**The Role**:
The Maker Designer Kitchens is seeking a Service Coordinator / Administration Assistant, starting as soon as possible.
As a Service Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all Service enquiries. You will provide superior customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of the duties will include:
- Provide high level of customer service at all times
- Manage follow up phone calls and schedules
- Schedule on-site visits
- Update database as necessary
- Report on KPI’s
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office
- A can do attitude
- Ability to work in a team, but also use initiative to make decisions on your own
