Crown Melbourne currently has an opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join the team. This role is responsible for day-to-day compliance within Crown Services. This role also ensures the planning, development, delivery, evaluation and coordination of all training and development activities within Crown Services.

This role is responsible for the ongoing administration, documentation, auditing and reporting of all training activities. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will provide project administration support to various Workforce Management related initiatives as required.

**Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist the Building Compliance Manager to deliver on learning and development initiatives including developing training material where required
- Administer and coordinate all training activities for Property Services through liaison with various stakeholders throughout the business.
- Responsible for booking and maintenance of all training (internal and external) through appropriate method and processes.
- Co-ordinate and report on the delivery of all legislative/compliance/on-line training for Property Services
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with relevant staff to facilitate open avenues of communication.
- Responsible for monthly reporting of training ensuring all required training documentation and administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Successful completion of tertiary qualification in training or business-related discipline -highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in the service, construction and/or maintenance industries - highly desirable
- Demonstrated management of staff in a training environment - highly desirable
- An understanding of Human Resources processes would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft office suite.
- Exposure to the HRIS - PeopleSoft would be advantageous.
- Hold the Certificate IV in TAE 40116 or equivalent essential.
