**The Position**:
Enhance the safety and practice guidelines for a vital federal government department critical within the health care service industry. Ensuring that risk, incident reporting, maintenance, and processes are expertly managed to protect staff and organisational operations. Ideally you will have a case management background from healthcare or social services and possess a strong ability to communicate with influence.

**Role Requirements**:

- End to End case management with detailed reporting
- Assisting with the investigation and analysis of reported incidents on behalf of departmental requests
- Identifying trends, critical and significant issues, and individual cases for escalation and further assessment.
- Provide meaningful and insightful input, including influencing systematic improvements.
- Engage and strengthen relationship between the organisation and clients, stakeholders, and the broader community.

**About You**:

- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will have experience with case management within the health care or social services space
- You will be confident in conducting research and analysis with strong reporting skills.
- You will be proficient in engaging and communicating with influence to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be determined to represent the agency in a professional manner and promote organisational goals and benchmarks.

- 5-month contract with possibility of extension
