**Our Opportunity**
This critical role will report into the National Quality & CSR Manager - Milk Supply and will be assisting with analysis of daily farmer milk quality results to drive improvements and best practices across our farms and transport carriers.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Analysing daily farm results from independent lab and recommending actions
- Analysing farm results vs tanker results and Industrial site results to assess variances and recommend actions
- Reviewing compliance of external parties to Received / Paid Best practice and implementing corrective actions where needed
- Liaising with External and Internal lab personnel to identify gaps in process and procedure, and recommend corrective actions
- Liaising with Supplier Relationship Managers (SRM) and Milk Controlling team to ensure correct processes are followed and data integrity is maintained

- Tertiary qualification in Quality or Agricultural Science
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Strong systems knowledge, particularly Excel
- Proactive nature with a passion for driving continuous improvement
- Auditing Experience preferred but not essential
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
