City of Canning, Australia Able Sales Full time

Our company is a growing national Importer / Retailer of both heavy and light machinery including generators and industrial plant. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Internal Sales Person to offer reliable support in our Perth Office.

Responsibilities:

  1. The position requires you to be highly organized, reliable and proficient in interacting with customers to provide useful product information and effectively conduct sales.
  2. Technical knowledge of generators would be preferred or keen to learn.
  3. Your duties vary from counter sales, telephone sales, goods dispatching procedures.
  4. Provide customers with information on product pricing, quotations, features, and availability.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and sales promotions.
  6. Stock Management with regular stock taking procedures.
  7. Must have computer literacy with high level of data entry accuracy.
  8. Handling of credit card and cash transactions to process customer receipts.
  9. Provide solutions and address / resolve client issues or challenges.
  10. A current Forklift Operator's License is preferred.
  11. A current driver's license is also essential.

You will be joining a very friendly, successful small business team where you will be required to work with minimal supervision therefore a mature, enthusiastic attitude is essential.

This position will be a full-time permanent position after successful completion of a three (3) month probation period. Wages and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
