We are looking for a **State Coordinator **to join the Training U For Work department of genU Training - a division of genU that delivers education and training, and advocates for expanded education and training options for people with a disability, long-term unemployed and those most vulnerable in the community. genU Training plays an important role in supporting genU to continue the delivery of essential services to the community.

As the **State Coordinator, **you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of new, existing and emerging training programs. You will develop business, market, organise and coordinate accredited training packages to employment services providers, schools and the public.

Key accountabilities of the **State Coordinator** include:

- Assist in identifying potential new clients.
- Build & maintain key stakeholder relationships & networks.
- Participate in meetings & networking activities that enhance relationships with industry partners.
- Coach & mentor the Training U For Work team.
- Organise Trainers, venues, equipment, suppliers & supplies for the successful completion of courses.
- Assess labour market trends & provide recommendations to Training U For Work Managers for future programs.
- Support business growth of Training U For Work & genU Training by generating new partnership opportunities within a variety of sectors.

**_This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Brisbane QLD & includes a car allowance_**

**About You**:
As a **State **Coordinator**, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator. You will also be meticulously organised, with outstanding time management skills and high-level problem-solving skills.
- Essential Requirements:_
- Knowledge and experience within recruitment or an Employment Service Provider
- Occasional travel throughout the state and interstate
- Understanding of units of competency and training/assessment of accredited training
- Customer service skills and able to work to deadlines and support people to access training and technology
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
