Ideally you will have a background in people advisory in a consultancy, with particular experience in org design and service design. Your experience should include experience and exposure in contemporary operating model design approaches.

You will bring:

- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience
- Significant experience in leading and managing large scale and/or targeted organisation design and change planning and implementation strategies
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support effective business engagement and take up of changes to meet business objectives
