**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Assist with job posting and advertisement creation.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate new employee orientations.
- Process employee terminations, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital HR files.
- Support in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrolment.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
- Maintain employee communication channels and HR-related documentation.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of new and existing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with FairWork, Award and regulations.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Assist in organising training sessions and workshops.
- Help employees with training-related inquiries and documentation.
- Draft HR Documentation including; Employment Contracts, Variation Letters, other HR related documents.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in HR administration and HR-related functions.
- Knowledge of HR systems and software.
- Familiarity with HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- HR Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
