**About the Role**

The purpose of this role is to manage the organisation’s payroll, HR policies and procedures and onboarding process so that AHSG and its subsidiaries can fulfil their core business objectives

**Key Responsibilities**

**Payroll**

**Duties include**:

- End-to-end payroll function including managing new starters, superannuation, salary packaging and terminations
- Use Timesheet management through Employment Hero
- Processing weekly payments for 250 payroll colleagues
- Managing superannuation contribution
- Calculating payroll related statutory requirements
- Maintenance of payroll master data information
- Building trusted partnerships with cross functional stakeholders such as Finance and Operations
- Providing exceptional customer service & support to employees regarding pay queries & concerns

**Human Resources Coordination**

**Duties include**:

- Onboarding process (to be automated)
- Recruitment administration
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Assist in managing HR policies and procedures
- Learning management system management
- Strong understanding of payroll process and system configuration
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and adhere to awards
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid computer literacy skills
- Australian permanent resident

You will be an experienced payroll professional, with a minimum of 5 years of experience gained in a high volume, complex environment with multiple awards & agreements.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
