About the Opportunity

As our Sydney based Account Manager for NSW, you will seek out and create new business opportunities and deliver sales for a selected number of accounts. You will have strong relationship management experience to ensure our partners constantly receive a high level of service.

You will work closely with our partners in the field ensuring our common success in projects. You will manage accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis.

The role is based in Sydney and there is a requirement to travel domestically with some international travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and recommend solutions-based technology solutions
- Develop clear business plans for selected accounts
- Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on KPI’s
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars and other promotional sales activities
- Work closely with system integrators and train them to develop the project pipeline and close projects
- Develop and nurture long term partner relationships
- Prepare sales reports for new and existing projects

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience working with indirect sales, bonus points if you are in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Open to travel as required
