**The Role & Project**
MACA Infrastructure are seeking a
**HR Advisor** to join our modern head office based in Dandenong South. While this role is full time,
**part time would be considered** for the right person. The position will be responsible for being the first point of contact for general HR enquiries as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to employees and managers in all areas of Human Resources.

**Responsibilities will include**:
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on various HR-related matters.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management activities, such as performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
**We are looking for**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (will consider an HR Administrator looking to step up).
- Sound understanding of the legal, regulatory and employment standards framework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and change management skills.
- Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
