About the role
The role of Change Manager-Transformation programs is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of activities to support the implementation of key transformation initiatives for West Moreton Health (WMH), in particular the Major Capital &Transformation Program. This role will lead the implementation of contemporary and best practice change management strategies, frameworks, and processes to ensure successful transition and embedding of the WMH transformation agenda, and will require ongoing collaboration with the Director Service Improvement and Strategy, and the Major Capital and Transformation and Communications teams.
This role will play an integral role in leading and managing the delivery of change programs of work to transform the way healthcare is delivered to the West Moreton community.
About you
- Experience in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating change management and engagement strategies within a large, complex and distributed service delivery organisation.
- High level knowledge of contemporary and best practice change management and communication frameworks and methodologies.
- High level facilitation and engagement skills, with the proven ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in an overall environment of change and evolution.
- High level written communication skills, including the ability to compile reports, discussion papers and submissions.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
