Eden Ritchie is seeking a Change Manager to design, develop and embed change management practices, processes, and tools to support organisational change and cultural change. You will also ensure effective communication, integration, coordination, and liaison occurs within the team, and coordinate and encourage acceptance of change management initiatives.

**As the Change Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and deliver high level strategic advice and support to the project team on matters impacting change management by understanding and influencing organisational culture
- Ensure effective communication, integration, coordination, and liaison occurs within the team, by working collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage organisational change and acting on opportunities for synergy and integration across the Department
- Develop, coordinate, and manage engagement initiatives, including the facilitation of workshops to promote and encourage acceptance of change management initiatives Department
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on the status of change management and communication activities and assist in identifying and escalating key change issues and risks within the project
- Prepare, coordinate, and analyse reports, submissions, briefings, presentations, speeches, correspondence, responses, and a wide range of communication materials to support and implement the change management process
- Manage conflict and negotiate outcomes without compromising relationships when identifying potential employee, stakeholder and client-based risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns ensuring a strong commitment to change management
- Provide advice and support to the Department's Executive Team on matters impacting change management by understanding and influencing organisational culture
- Engage with key stakeholders including Employee relations, unions, staff and senior management
- Work with teams to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness across the Department
- Co-facilitate workshops to help clients think through their business challenges
- Co-design an organisation and people focused change and experience strategy and plan to enable the business to transform and people to adopt and adapt to future ways of working
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of the changes and how it impacts them
- Assist the client delivery team in training and coaching to implement change themselves - pre and post the change, and in sustaining change and benefits achievement
- Facilitate internal teams to build awareness and capabilities for organisational change management
- Implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
- Develop short and long-term goals, and objectives, and develop and execute against the program plan
- Draft relevant strategic and workforceplans to reflect future direction
