The Role |

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Fashion industry. In an arena characterised by rapid evolution in production, technology, and style, we crave an inventive digital savant who can lead our e-commerce marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry trends. As a relationship-oriented, hands-on leader, you thrive on collaborative triumphs and tangible results

The Skillset |
- Specialisation in Performance Marketing: Extensive proficiency in SEM, Display, Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic channels, with a focus on optimising campaign performance and achieving commercial targets.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms, enabling effective utilisation for campaign management and optimisation.
- Integrated Approach: Integration of SEO & CRM strategies, coupled with test & learn experiments across various facets to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Diverse Industry Experience: Prior experience in agency or multi-brand retail environments, managing diverse brand portfolios and orchestrating integrated Performance Marketing campaigns.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Proven proficiency in managing campaigns from inception to post-campaign analysis, including optimisation of existing channels and introduction of new ones.
- Technical Acumen and Stakeholder Management: Mastery of Performance marketing technologies, coupled with strong technical acumen in digital technologies and reporting platforms, alongside effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
