**We will count on you to**:
The Applications team is part of the broader Global Investment Implementation Services (GIIS) team that supports the Pacific Investment Solutions (IS) business.

The role will be involved in coordinating BA and testing activity, reviewing specifications and working closely with other members of the Apps team, the broader GIIS and IS teams, and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Provide support to the Production Applications team on specifications for bug fixes
- Liaise with the Production Applications team on the deployment of releases to the production environment, as well as seeking their input on proposed changes
- Work with Business Analysts on scoping, discovery, compilation and review of business requirements
- Work with testers on compiling test plans, assisting with queries and reviewing results
- Liaise with Project Managers in relation to updates, issues and risks
- Document training and procedures relating to new or changed functionality
- Assist with the provision of training and information sessions related to new or changed functionality
- Assist the Lead, Applications Change as required

**What you need to have**:

- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including the drivers behind market movements and knowledge of custodian & asset manager processes.
- Tertiary qualification and/or industry specific qualification
- Good organisational and excel skills are a must. Numerate, diligent & persistent.
- Knowledge of Milestone pControl & pQuant highly desirable but not essential
- Implementation experience desirable
- Degree in Finance or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services firm
- MS Office suite, particularly excel.
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Strong written and oral communication skills
