**About the company**:
Established over a decade in Sydney, our client is a luxury fashion apparel designer renowned globally for its sophisticated approach to contemporary tailoring. Since its inception, the brand has experienced consistent growth locally and over the last few years has become particularly popular and sought after across Europe, Asia and US markets.

**About the role**:
This is a varied role that encompasses shipping, warehousing with the current warehouse manager reporting to this role directly.

**Shipping**
- Managing dispatch of stock from Australia, Hong Kong and Italy warehouses.
- Manage logistics operations to retailers across Australia, US, Europe and Asia
- Run the air freight and sea freight schedule weekly, and distribute to internal team, and suppliers.
- Escalate to internal team if there’s any issue with air freight or sea freight that might impact delivery requirements for wholesale customers and own online store.
- Review and manage supplier delivery performances
- Negotiate rates with the suppliers and maintain cost effectiveness
- Manage key supplier relationships
- Organise Duty drawback for orders exported
- Organise duty refund for International Air freight (where COO is not provided in time for customs clearance)

**Logistics**
- Internal point of contact for day-to-day logistics queries

Establish KPI’s for our online dispatch timeframes and wholesale clients to be measured Ensure all required paperwork, i.e., packing lists and invoices are received by the customer on time. Responsible for advising customers regarding confirmation of order dispatches, after checking order arrivals and warehouse schedule
- Respond to all queries regarding deliveries, i.e., Short, or late deliveries and damaged shipments
- Maintain updated SOP’s by customer which covers logistics requirements
- Coordination of all stockist delivery schedules invoicing and logistics.

**Inventory Control/Warehouse Operations**
- Review and further development of Global warehousing and 3PL structure
- Ensure receipts into Zadonk are executed promptly and correctly by the warehouse
- Manage HongKong 3PL warehousing system (WMS). Inputting stock into system, creating inbound and outbound orders for all international stores
- Review and execute stock adjustments and dispatch confirmation into internal system as required
- Run weekly warehouse schedule and distribute to internal team and warehouse
- Highlight any potential issues or dispatch delays and ensure responsible parties take necessary actions

**Local Transport Operations**
- Monitor the daily dispatches and highlight to internal team any potential issue with deliveries
- Review and manage transport supplier performance
- Coordinate all ad hoc transport requirements
- Negotiate rates with the suppliers and maintain cost effectiveness
