This is a position for an Executive Assistant to support a top-performing Director dominating the market. This individual is an accomplished communicator, seasoned negotiator, and passionate client advocate.

**The Role**:
You will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing Principals' team day in order. Supporting one of the Directors, this role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. As an Executive Assistant, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

- Database management & client care
- Liaising with vendors, purchases and solicitors
- Handling all sales administration
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Coordinating photoshoots, floorplans, marketing material & agent branding
- Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
- Database prospecting
- Manage exchanges & settlements
- Ad hoc administration duties

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar real estate administration support role. This is an integral role supporting a dynamic Director and their diligent, proactive and loyal team. We are seeking someone that has a current certificate of Registration, Own Car and Drivers Licence. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Strong MS Office skills and be a motivated self-starter.
