THE ROLE

The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for the implementation of the global eCommerce strategy and ongoing performance of the eCommerce funnel within APAC but also globally through their contribution to global eCommerce strategy and capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Group eCommerce Manager to establish a cohesive approach for managing eCommerce funnels across APAC markets.
  • Support local Digital and Loyalty Activation Managers in implementing global eCommerce strategies and adopting best practices.
  • Enhance eCommerce reporting and insights to empower local managers in optimising eCommerce content.
  • Partner with IT and Digital Product Teams to improve eCommerce capabilities and efficiency on a global scale.
  • Aid in the implementation of eCommerce support services related to Pricing and Vouchers.
  • Assist in planning eCommerce solutions for upcoming campaigns with Local Marketing Directors / Chief Marketing Officers.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure we have a rich and accurate suite of eCommerce reporting capabilities which provide insights that enable understanding and optimisation of the eCommerce funnel.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience driving the optimisation of eCommerce campaigns, promotions and offers.
  • Experience in large digital projects that help to deliver improved conversion, largescale marketing campaigns and digital experience optimisations.
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally with technical and commercial stakeholders / partners to transparently deliver on a clear roadmap and strategy.
  • Strong experience with digital analytics and conversion analysis.
  • An understanding on how to market and grow brands successfully online.
