**Allowance**: You will given a car allowance to cover the cost of travel servicing your customer base in Melbourne's southeast, plus down the peninsula and out to Gippsland

**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Your primary goal is to manage and grow accounts by targeting specialist commercial and residential HVAC trade contractors.

**Other tasks**:

- **Build** and maintain strong client relationships and expand the company's HVAC industry presence
- **Develop** and maintain relationships with specialist contractors, builders, and end users, primarily focusing on specialist contractors
- **Manage** existing accounts and actively seek new business opportunities
- **Conduct** cold calls and various outreach methods to generate leads and expand the client base
- **Collaborate** with internal sales staff and mechanical engineers for product support and knowledge
- **Continuously** learn and understand the technical aspects of HVAC products and services
- **Play** a pivotal role in building the company's brand and reputation as a trusted partner
- **Quantify**, plan, and execute sales strategies and action plans
- **Work** independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- **Uphold** professional and effective communication and negotiation skills
- **Adhere** to the company's standards, including drug and alcohol testing and police checks
- **Attend** weekly in-office days to foster culture and camaraderie.

- Proven success in business-to-business sales, generating new sales & managing clients
