You will be accountable for playing a key role in supporting the Executive Directors Group and an active participant of the Executive Assistants Group, providing Executive support, in particular to diary management, communication management and customer service, document production and monitoring internal compliance, controls and procedures for the Executive team.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

- Work productively with students/clients, staff and business areas to effectively support Chisholm achieve its goals. This includes:

- Develop and maintain a broad and effective working relationship with peers, colleagues and staff across Chisholm
- Practice open, honest and timely constructive feedback with your team
- Adopt a team culture, look for and share opportunities to support others
- Lead and facilitate understanding of Chisholm procedures, policies, and vision.
- Provide for the Executive/Associate Director(s) a range of regular and ad-hoc reports, documentation, letters, projects and submissions that are of a high standard.
- Commit to pursuing cost-effective outcomes and efficiency across all your operations.
- Contribute to strategic objectives through advocating and modelling a commercial focus methodology in your work
- Act as the key contact person on behalf of the Executive (s)

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have relevant tertiary qualification and experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or experience/ training.

Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in Executive officer functions, undertaking research, following up tender or paper preparation for the Executive Director(s), preparing correspondence, organising meetings and conferences.

You are a highly motivated and can manage competing priorities under pressure.
