Reception and Administration Officer

CrewSELECT** **is a dynamic Workforce Specialist focused on the Construction, Maintenance, Oil and Gas, Mining and Manufacturing sectors, specialising in Fabrication, Mechanical and Electrical industry workers.
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Receptionist and Administrator** to join our team in Osborne Park in Perth. This role is available for an immediate start.
We are looking for someone who is able to support our recruitment and management team with administration tasks including;
- Stationery orders and supplier management
- Assisting with timesheet management and database entry
This is an opportunity to take ownership of this significant role where you help to manage relationships with our employees, our suppliers and our clients.
The right person will be;
- An excellent communicator
- Someone who is able to work full time hours - we do an 8am - 5pm day
- A team player who can work independently and achieve set targets
- High energy, innovative and target driven
- Keen to learn and interested in recruitment and labour hire
- Detail focussed and have excellent computer skills including experience with database management.
We are also offering the opportunity for appropriate formal training and qualifications.
