**What you'll be doing**

The Oral Health Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality processes and systems in the context of an overall quality framework which supports and ensures staff and client safety, the delivery of quality clinical services and provides an environment that fosters continuous quality improvement. This position will take a lead role in accreditation processes, complaints management, risk management and incident review processes.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

**Selection Criteria**
- Experience in the provision of quality management/improvement services.
- Sound working knowledge of health accreditation processes.
- Previous experience in project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, within a multidisciplinary team and be able to prioritise and manage workload.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, including computer skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
- Current NSW Drivers licence Class C and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes. This may involve driving relatively long distances within the Local Health District.
