Due to growth and expansion, they now have a new opening for a customer centric, Inventory/Spare Parts person to work at one of their customer sites as an Onsite Inventory Coordinator, located in Huntingwood, NSW.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Purchasing with Spare Parts
- Being the primary site contact for all parts related communication
- Building and maintaining strong relationships by providing and processing information in response to enquires, quotations and orders
- Following and adhering to site processes
- Completing a variety of administration tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to working in an Inventory/Spare Parts environment or warehouse administration role.
- Good computer skills with fast and accurate typing
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work with a sense of urgency when required
