The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller/Analyst to join our team at The Arnott's Group. This role will focus on developing and implementing advanced strategies for optimising spare part inventory management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Actively monitor the workplace to determine presence of hazards and take appropriate action to rectify any hazards found.
  • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of all inventory to uphold quality standards; proactively collaborate with the quality team for necessary improvements.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders (Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling team) to define best spare parts management strategy
  • Generate comprehensive inventory and stock control reports.
  • Provide coaching to the engineering and maintenance teams on optimal utilisation of spare parts
The Ingredients for Success

Just like you can't make Campbell's Chicken Stock without chicken, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;

  • Professional & Technical background in mechanical or electrical areas
  • Previous experience with SAP highly desirable
  • Flexible attitude with ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at working with stakeholders.
  • Strategic view of highly automated Warehouse/Production environments
