Established 25 years ago and with 50 employees across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth, we are a recruitment consultancy dedicated to the Human Resources and Health & Safety sector. As a result of a maternity leave, we have a 12-month contract opportunity within our supportive, collaborative team for a capable individual to support our busy business.

In this varied and key role, critical to the success of our business, you will be involved in:

- Technology support to ensure business continuity
- Supplier relationship management (eg LinkedIn, JobAdder, phone system, outsourced technology support provider)
- Onboarding of new starters (systems set up and processes training)
- Coaching and support to admin team, managing workload where appropriate
- Policy and process updates and compliance
- Various projects

To be successful in the role, you will have had previous office/ operations experience in a professional service/ customer-oriented environment. A propensity for technology, high customer orientation and ability to work in a highly supportive and collaborative manner are essential, along with high degree of discretion and sensitivity.
