**Client Overview**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with 2-4 years financial services to further build their career within funds management sales.

**Role Overview**

In this key nationally focused role you will work closely with a high performing funds management sales team to achieve their sales and activity targets. This role will encompass proactive sales and client relationship management within financial advice networks as well as a variety operational and analytics responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting business development team including post meeting fulfilment of materials and information
- Assisting with pitch materials: Preparation of presentation materials and competitor analysis to assist the sales process
- Database management: Assist sales team with client database management, identify prospects, track contact and sales progress
- Sales reporting: Assist with production of sales reporting as requested by management
- Client enquiries: Assist with client enquiries and escalate to sales team as appropriate
- Business Development: Identifying sales opportunities for the team as and when they arise.
- Marketing: Work with the Marketing team on key sales campaigns and follow up activity including retention activity

**Skills & Experience**
- Ideally some experience dealing with financial advisers
- A solid grounding of Funds Management
- Undergraduate Degree
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a financial services or professional services firm in a distribution, client services or sales support role.
- Client focused experience in financial services
- Strong interest in funds management
- Ability to build strong lasting relationships
- Strong organisational skills and proactive team member
