**What will you be doing?**
- Manage the ongoing development and implementation of the site quality management systems in collaboration with the national technical team
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant quality, food safety, and legislative requirements
- Provide strong leadership, training and coaching support to the technical and production teams, promoting a strong food safety culture across the company
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in relevant training
- Drive a zero-harm culture with effective implementation of company policies and procedures

**What do you need?**
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who has a genuine drive to deliver great outcomes for their team and the wider business. You will bring your expertise to lead all quality management systems and compliance, whilst supporting interdepartmental teams who make great products Other requirements include:
- A tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' Quality management experience ideally within fresh produce, ready to eat meals or equivalent high risk, short shelf life food products
- Strong leadership skills with an eagerness to develop your team
- Commitment to health, safety and hygiene standards
- An inherent understanding of certification and compliance requirements to a range of quality and food safety standards.
