To participate as a senior clinician with superior clinical expertise on the development and operation of a new tertiary clinical consultation & liaison pilot program aimed at supporting NSW Health public inpatient services across the state caring for people experiencing extreme Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD).
Provide a high-quality specialist service to consumers and their families/carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for patients/consumers of the service.

**A little about us.**
From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms. That’s 5,687 square kms of beautiful beaches, coastal cycling tracks, lush rainforests, incredible bushwalks and friendly people. - Current AHPRA Registration or Social Work Degree
- Clinical Nurse Consultant, (with current AHPRA registration), minimum of five years full time equivalent post registration experience, with a least three years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field and post graduate qualifications relevant to the field of practice.
- NSW Drivers Licence
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
