What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced National Operations Manager to join our team. Based in Victoria, this role will oversee operations in TAS and VIC/SA regions, focusing on warehouse management, route-market logistics, and leading our national centralised routing team.

You'll lead the strategic, safety, and compliance across our national operations. Your focus will be on achieving our company's service, delivery, quality, and financial objectives while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading safety and sustainability strategies with a hands-on approach
- Driving operational and commercial success while championing continuous improvement
- Cultivating strong customer relationships to enhance service and drive business growth
- Mentoring and motivating your team to achieve positive outcomes
- Maximising operational productivity and resource efficiency while controlling cost
- Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
