**The Role**:
As the Front Office Manager, your main duties will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team. This will include processing check-in and check-out's, managing room bookings and using the "CMS Guest Centrix" booking system. You will be responsible for room allocations, preparing guest accounts, and ensuring efficient payment processing. You prioritise delivering exceptional customer service and upholding a high level of guest satisfaction. Other responsibilities will include rostering, daily banking, and training of team members. Additionally, you will maintain and enforce Front Office procedures, perform minor maintenance tasks, and fulfil night duty obligations, including in-house sleepovers for two nights per week or as per the roster.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient with all financial requirements including reconciliation, processing payments and banking
- Professional and diligent customer service
- Communicate effectively with all guests and staff
- Be familiar with all relevant regulations including Work Health and Safety
- Experience in a similar position
