**YOUR ROLE**
Our client is looking to add a National HR Manager to their growing team based in their head office in Melbourne. This role will see you supporting the CEO and the rest of the leadership team to drive the business to the next level of growth. This person will develop rewards and recognition systems, develop EPA's, conduct quality and OHS audits and use their soft IT skills to bring the organisations full team along in this growth journey. You will also be responsible for:
- **Support in the handling of operational and strategic HR activities**:
- **Lead the planning, negotiations and submissions of the site Enterprise Agreement (EA) and ongoing Employee Relations Strategy**:
- **Participation in the establishment, optimization and further development of the local HR processes and methods**:
- **Coordinate and facilitate recruiting campaigns including collaborating with leadership, HR, marketing and communications team**:
- **Be the shining light, providing direction regarding the client's family culture and values to new employees and leadership alike, as-well as providing expert advice on all aspects of HR**:
- **HR Project activity (both in Australia and globally)**:
- **Maintenance of all HR Information Systems (Kronos, SAP, Success Factors) and liaise with external payroll provider**

- **A bachelor's degree in HR (or equivalent) is preferred.**:
- **Proven experience in a similar role.**:
- **Previous exposure to blue collar workers, unions and enterprise agreement negotiations**:
- **A strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act**:
- **Independent and structured way of working, confidence to build strong working relationships Internationally**:
- **Thrive on 'getting the job done' to a deadline**:
- **Are flexible to work hours that may involve differing time zones / shift work/ weekends to support the operational requirements as required**:
- **Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally**
