Assisting and liaising with law firms.
Assisting a team of lawyers fulfil statutory obligations relating to the licensing.
Data entry and data maintenance for solicitors and law firms.
General office duties and electronic and paper filing.
Processing financial payments and refunds as required.
**Essential Competencies**:
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
Strong organisation, planning and prioritising skills and an ability to plan and organise self to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Ability to perform a comprehensive range of administrative clerical tasks with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage competing demands, prioritise work and meet strict deadlines with mínimal supervision.
