Account Executive

The purpose of this role is to_ _support the clients growth ambitions, providing day-to-day sales operations support and administration of account management activities. To support the Client Lead Partner (CLP) and BDMs with the planning, developing and implementing of key activities to operationalise and deliver on the account plan and sales strategy.
**Your Opportunity**:
- Support and documentation of the qualification process on opportunities
- Pursuit management support for the Sales Team on Strategic Pursuits, engaging with Deal Enablement & Review Board (DERB)
- Supporting CLP and BDM in follow up on next steps from client meetings, sharing updates with relevant stakeholders and Client Service Team (CST)
- Management of the delivery of contractual obligations, including procurement and panel reporting, to clients
- Support the CLP in leveraging the Firm’s Fields of Play (FOP) into the account, tailoring the content and messaging as required
- Sales Operations and Enablement reports with performance updates, actions and gap to plan updates
- Engagement with the Alliances and conduit into client sales
- Support the BDM and Sales Team in creating client-facing sales assets on a strategic pursuit
- Process management of leads & opportunities through panels (IGH & D&DI)
- Support with client events, working with Sector Marketing
- Leveraging marketing campaigns and assets into clients through BDMs and CLPs
- Supporting the CLP to ensure Client Risk Assessment (CRA) is current and updated in a timely manner
- Supporting the CLP and BDM to coordinate client commercial artefacts such as Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Works (SoW) and internal risk management processes including Client & Engagement Acceptance & Continuance (CEAC)
- Supporting the CLP in managing compliance and deliverables of the MSA
- Annual Planning & Budgeting
- Administration of the Client
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualifications - desirable, but Sales Operations experience will be considered
- Or training certification on Microsoft Office Technology Suite (Excel, Word, PowerBi, Dynamics)
