**About the position**
Ecosaver Australia has an exciting opportunity to join our fast paced, growing company as the Field Sales Manager for our Sydney office. In this brand-new role, you will be working closely working with the Managing Director and Victoria General Manager. The role will formally report to the Managing Director and you will have responsibility of for planning and delivering the sales solutions Ecosaver Australia’s new market venture into the NSW IPART and PDRS rebated schemes.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to think bigger picture but at the same time you are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the day-to-day recruitment and sales training. In addition, you will need to be super organised, efficient and have a great attention to detail.

We’re looking for a high energy, results driven individual with strong generalist experience across all aspects of sales and delivery in a national level business. You will know what good looks like and be able to shape initiatives that balance best practice with commercial and cultural requirements. The role has significant growth opportunities, as the company intends to expand rapidly over the next 24 months into growing national rebate and energy markets. It is expected that this role will develop into a senior leadership role, responsible for scaling the National sales functions and teams across all the states.

**About Us**

Ecosaver Australia is an energy upgrades company focusing on appliances upgrades through the state and federal rebate initiatives since 2019. We pride ourselves in managing large scale business processes with a lean operations team through structured and defined business scopes. From a small team of 2 we’ve grown to a full-time staff of 8 in Victoria and now planning to expand in NSW to meet the demand uptake. We are looking for an all-rounder to join us as a State Operations Manager in NSW preferably around Sydney.

Our primary focus is commercial lighting since 2019 and we’ve added replacement of inefficient Air Cons and Hot water systems in commercial premises in VIC this year. We are looking to expand into NSW on the above activities as well. Ecosaver Australia is a market participant under Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program and Independent Pricing And Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) under accredited certificate providers. We are aiming to obtain the relevant licenses to start hedging and trading carbon abatement certificates by the end of this calendar year.

**Key responsibilities**
- Recruit, Manage and scale sales team members.
- Conduct ongoing recruitment and increase the staff count.
- Backpackers, students and anyone who is interested to work on commission only will be our target sector. Based on consistent performance minimum wages can be discussed.

**What we offer**

- 65K base pay plus Super.

- Increase in base pay after 3 months of review 5 to 7%.
- Commission structure on all sales done. On a sliding scale model. OTE 250k Per Annum.

- Strong Sales experience. Energy background preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to recruit, manage and train sales team on ongoing basis.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Sell sand in the desert.
- The hunger and drive to scale up sales operations for a company.
- Hustler mentality

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
