**The Role**

My client is seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to support their core business with a range of mechanical maintenance requirements. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing trucks on-site - ensuring that they are returned to working order.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Leading Hand, you will be given daily job orders to fulfil, key duties will include:

- Conducting on-site maintenance and repairs on a range of trucks
- Identifying and diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic issues, and proposing solutions
- Performing repairs and replacements of truck parts as required
- Always adhering to safety standards and protocols
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs conducted
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- At least one year of experience in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, and diagnostics
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Our client is offering a competitive salary package, a trade van, and all costs associated with travel. All travel time between jobs will be during work hours. The position is based from the factory/head office located in the Western suburbs of Sydney.
