With over 76,000 employees worldwide, they continue to experience growth across their markets and have an amazing opportunity for a Projects Coordinator located in their Brisbane based team on a temp to permanent basis.

**K**EY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Job registration and operating of job files.
- Develop quotations as required.
- Client communications
- Assist and undertake the necessary activities to achieve short and long-term business objectives i.e., increased business, revenue, profit etc.
- Contribute as a member of the projects team - assist in strategies and planning.
- Assist with the ongoing account management of existing clients and improving customer satisfaction.
- Attend department meetings.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures including WH&S
- Other duties as directed.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Extensive knowledge in air, sea and domestic freight operations work, preferably with local hands-on exposure to major project clients
- Experience in customs and quarantine
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients and sub-contractors at the highest level.
- A working knowledge of quality assurance systems, their implementation and supervision.
- The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
- Exposure to project clients and their particular requirements
- Demonstrates a willingness to work flexible hours (outside of standard working hours) if required by the clients.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal and customer relationships.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word & Excel
- Working knowledge of all the relevant, programs and processes
