**What You’ll be doing**:
As the Executive Assistant to the Commissioner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Commissioner's Office. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will handle urgent and sensitive matters, prioritise tasks, and manage the Commissioner's time effectively. You will oversee the Commissioner's complex diary, coordinating appointments, engagements, and resolving scheduling conflicts. In addition, you will manage high-level correspondence and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Commissioner is fully briefed and prepared for key meetings and decisions. A key part of your role will also involve maintaining executive administrative systems, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence.

**To thrive in this role, you will**:

- Have strong experience in supporting senior executives or leadership, with exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Be adaptable and able to independently handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
