**The Role**

Start and grow your career in Supply Chain by joining our Purchasing team as a Purchasing Administrator. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will assist the Purchasing Coordinator, in creating and maintaining purchase orders, tracking orders and deliveries, with reporting and analysis to ensure on time delivery while mitigating risk.

This role is also suitable for recent supply chain/procurement graduates.

**Responsibilities**:
**What We Expect**:

- Regular tracking and maintenance of purchase orders, communicating any delays or potential risks
- Preparation of purchase orders to overseas factories as required
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the Purchasing Department
- Regular liaison with international factories
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery lead time information and invoices
- Accurate and timely handling of import/export documentation
- Collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional solutions and customer service to our clients
- Goods receipting and variance checking
- Monitor shipment ETA’s and actual departures & arrivals and updating the system accordingly and escalating at risk shipments
- Prepare, calculate, and provide data/ reports to assist with on time delivery and risk management
- Liaise with local and global warehouses to manage local inventory and facilitate stock requests to meet business and customer requirements.
- Coordination and management of rolling and annual stock-takes.
- Processing of factory credits

Qualifications:

- Experience in supply chain or related industry desirable
- Graduates welcome to apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems and purchasing software preferred
- Ability to work in a busy, fast faced team environment with a sense of urgency and drive
- Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Analytical with attention to detail
- The ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong procedure and process orientation
- Pro-active in continuous improvement and problem-solving
