**You'll be responsible for**
- Support the business with the development, execution and monitoring of remedial activity for operational loss /compliance incidents.
- Provide insights on root cause, identify actions to be implemented to prevent such losses in the future and ensure operational loss/compliance incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
- Facilitate risk identification and control assessment as part of key strategic projects and or business changes.
- After some advisor on risk and compliance matters and involvement of processes to manage risk and compliance in line with the current risk management framework.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators and internal control performance to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the to strengthening the divisional risk culture through increasing awareness of Risk management and compliance.

**About you**
- Significant experience in audit or risk and compliance management role for a complex, matrix general insurance/financial services organization.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgments and solutions.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills combined with a curious and creative mindset.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
