**The role & team**
- Our friendly and supportive Purchasing & Logistics department is looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Administrator to join the team. Reporting into the E-commerce Operations & Planning Manager, you will be you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the supply chain team, resolving queries, managing product replenishment and ensuring efficient service from product orders. You will also provide administration support to the local and global supply chain teams to resolve queries, ensuring consistency of supply and excellent service to our customers.
- At Specsavers, we believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternate location, you will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.

**The skills we are looking for**
- IT literate, with intermediate Microsoft Excel and data handling skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with experience in analytics
- Customer-focused and highly organised, genuinely enjoys answering questions and creatively solving problems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
