Work, Health, Safety & Injury Management Services (WHSIM) is a multi-disciplinary Workforce Health team committed to working together to develop & implement systems to ensure the health, safety & wellbeing of all workers within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN).

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will work closely with the WHSIM Manager and collaborate with various WHS and Injury Management personnel to fulfill a range of responsibilities.
- Data entry and management in the WHS Operating System
- Support for WHS committees and working parties
- Database maintenance and query management
- HR administration for WHSIM personnel
- Engagement in audits, reviews, and continuous improvement

- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Knowledge of WHS principles and practices is an advantage.
