As the Medical Education Officer, you will provide postgraduate educational services to SALHN with the objectives of enhancing the education and training of prevocational trainees, and promoting an environment conducive to junior doctor learning. In collaboration with Director of Clinical Training (OCT) the MEO develops, coordinates, implements and evaluates junior doctor training initiatives and strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in the use of computer software, particularly word processing, databases and statistical analysis tools., the ability to undertake a wide range of duties including course planning, coordination and administration, counselling and research, the ability to develop, initiates, implements and evaluate projects or programs and experience in coordinating large committees, including minutes, agendas, briefing papers and communications.
