**About us**

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

**What you will be doing**

The Implementation Project Officer will contribute to the development of and implementation of strategic change management projects that will improve the level and quality of health services delivery in Local Health Districts (LHD) and Hospitals across NSW.

The Implementation Project Officer will work collaboratively with ACI Clinical Networks, LHD managers and clinicians to facilitate the contribution of key internal and external stakeholders in the innovation of new programs, frameworks and Models of Care across the state.

This position will undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation, and milestone reporting. The position will provide advice on the development and implementation of health service delivery improvement projects.

**Employment details**

**Employment Type**: 2 x Full Time - Temporary for a period up to 30 June 2023
1 x Part Time (24hrs) - Temporary for a period up to 2 October 2023
**Position Classification**: Health Manager Level 3
**Remuneration**: $119,348.00 - $136,057.00 per annum (pro rata) excluding superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: Full Time - 40hrs / Part Time - 24hrs

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives
- Proven ability to manage and support multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.

This position is a temporary position and requires full working rights in Australia (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident). **COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
