**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the Head of HR as your key stakeholder, this role will suit a HR professional looking to accelerate their career and development.
Due to unprecedented current and future growth, PeopleIn requires a Human Resources Administrator to join the team. Responsibilities will include:
- Looking after HR admin for one of our entities
- Attraction and recruitment campaigns
- Compliance and document management
- Creation of employment documentation
- HR assistance to Talent and HR teams
Being part of a small expert team of fellow HR leaders, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on and manage HR projects and build relationships with key stakeholders and managers across the business. This role will develop influencing skills across the business whilst increasing your skills in a supportive and creative environment working closely within the multi-disciplinary HR and Talent team.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they rise.
- Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum one years’ experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
- Intermediate Excel, Outlook and Word skills
