We are seeking a full-time committed Supply and Distribution Manager to join our successful team.

**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply & Distribution Manager to join our business. This position in the organisation reports directly to our General Manager. Managing end to end supply chain requirements, including coordinating production schedule with contract manufacturers, booking freight deliveries with freight forwarders, cost management, and operational execution. You will oversee supply chain optimization, 3 PL warehousing, MRP Planning, inventory control, purchasing and planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end Supply and distribution operations, including Planning, Procurement, Materials Inventory Management, Warehousing, Supply Chain IT Systems
- Responsible for overseeing 3PL FF's vessel booking, shipping instructions, bill of lading and other shipping documents requirement
- Monitor the shipping schedules in accordance with agreements made and manage the project timeline to ensure on-time delivery of goods to the customers
- Data administration and set up of items, bill of materials, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer up in our ERP software, NETSUITE
- Manage the recording of purchase, storage, sales, and distribution transactions with NETSUITE
- Monitor and review the 3PL storage and inventory structures to meet supply requirements and control stock levels
- Operate ERP system to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensure re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times
- Drive Materials Value Analysis to reduce cost
- Support the implementation of Lean methodologies to transform processes
- Build and preserve relationships that guide, motivate, and reinforce positive performance of all employees toward goal accomplishments
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments in the successful achievement of company goals and vision
- Participate in meetings as the Key Stakeholder and prepare intelligence input
- Work collaboratively and constructively with the team to ensure the best outcome for customer demand fulfilment
- Manage suppliers to a strict set of KPls and ensure all targets are met
- Undertake root cause analysis to understand issues, create and lead action plans for continuous improvement.
- Analyze actual demand and forecasts and provide sufficient manufacturing capacity to support Customer's requirements, including the development of long-term capital planning

**About you**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Advanced NETSUITE and EXCEL experience
- Extensive Ostendo experience required
- Experience in multi-site operations with multiple warehouses spread across the globe
- In-depth understanding of the documentation required in the international trading transactions
- Ability to do supply chain reporting, performance evaluation and assessment
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain constructive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, warehousing personnel's and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to train, motivate and develop the skills set of direct reports
- Supply Chain experience required with track record in inventory management, service and cost improvement and S&OP.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Working Hours:
Salary of $70,000-$85,000 + Superannuation

Full time employment Monday to Friday
