**About the team**:

We work hard to make life easier, safer, and more sustainable across our network, as well as maintain the availability and quality of our products for our customers.
**About the role**:
Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager - Pantry, your key focus will be to work on a specific project to support in the roll out of Authentic Indian range with a group of high-profile suppliers to support strong in-store availability
In this fixed term 18-month, part time (3 days per week) role as a Supply Planner for pantry, you will collaborate with a range of suppliers and colleagues within the Merchandise Business Units to deliver strong in-store availability. You will support in the management and performance of this portfolio whilst working proactively on growth opportunities.
You’ll also:
- Partner with internal logistics teams to deliver supply performance KPIs and prepare contingency plans in the event of unknown supply delays
- Influence and work cross functionally with distribution centres, transport providers and supply chain operations to help improve service levels
- Proactively seek and identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end supply chain and manage the implementation of initiatives
**About you and your skills**:
You will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to solve supply network operational issues across distribution and transport. This is an exciting opportunity with the ability to have genuine impact in the work you will do. You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in a Supply Planning role, with developed planning and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, where process optimisation is a focus
- Advanced problem-solving capability, with the ability to question process and come up with ideas to mitigate supply risks
- Experience in managing supply chain network models and system levers to achieve supply metrics
- A high proficiency for communication, catering for a variety of stakeholder levels including overseas vendors and internal stakeholders
