**The opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Audit Analyst to join our Melbourne team. The role will provide independent and objective assurance to senior management, the Board and the Audit Committee on the effectiveness of Bupa’s risk management, control and governance processes.

The IT Audit Analyst will assist Bupa in achieving its strategic goals by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of these processes.

This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid work arrangements.

**How will I help?**
- Work autonomously to deliver high quality work, following the agreed workplan to ensure key risks are identified and verify the effectiveness of the controls
- Assist in the preparation of high quality workpapers in accordance with the Group Internal Audit Methodology
- Build and maintain internal relationships with key stakeholders including Technology, Digital & Data and Risk/Compliance teams to maximise effectiveness, and to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and objectivity
- Be proactive in keeping abreast of new developments affecting internal audit work, be responsible to changing business needs, and strive for continuous improvement

**What do I need?
- 2+ years IT audit experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or Commerce/Business
- Ability to work with large sets of data from various data sources, conducting deep dives to identify trends and provide insights using your expertise in data extraction and analysis
- Good understanding of governance risk and control principles with a commercial mindset
- Proven ability to use initiative and meet deadlines in an organised manner
