About the job
**ABOUT THE JOB**

Danone are seeking a Brand Manager to look after our infant formula brand Aptamil. In this role you will work closely with the wider marketing team as well as the Senior Brand Manager to develop and execute the annual brand plan whilst also looking at the ways we innovate our product to make a difference to our consumers. This person will use their commercial acumen to make smart marketing decisions, collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Project management and NPD - contribute and lead a variety of projects relating to the Aptamil brand including product renovations and packaging upgrades
- Manage all packaging development from briefing and management through to printing, whilst adhering to Danone processes and guidelines
- Use in depth understanding of consumer and health care nutrition insights to identify, develop, and validate innovation pipeline
- Develop robust brand strategies (especially annual brand plans) based on consumer insights, observations and commercial performance and aligning resources necessary to execute against
- Day to day management of the brand A&P to include collating quotes from suppliers, raising purchase orders, managing invoices and reconciling vs budget
- Conduct Monthly Performance Tracking for the brand and action regular evaluation and review of consumer sales data, putting forward recommendations and necessary action for product portfolio growth

About you
**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable experience, contributing or leading the marketing strategy for a brand or product. You will thrive when collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and possess the ability “think big” whilst managing the day to day activities for the brand.

Ideally you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Brand Management role either within Healthcare Nutrition or the FMCG industry
- Bachelors Degree qualified in a Marketing discipline
- Previous experience managing or contributing to brand planning and consumer insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders
- A pragmatic decision maker, possessing the ability to multi task on a variety of projects/initiatives whilst executing excellence on the operational day to day duties of the role
